Delete your account in the app
- 1.Open the Team Mate Pro app.
- 2.Go to Settings.
- 3.Select the My account tab.
- 4.Expand Delete account.
- 5.Read the warning and confirm the operation.

Below you will find two ways to delete your account and the user data associated with it.
The quickest way is in the app
Open Settings, select the My account tab, expand Delete account, and confirm the operation.
How to delete your account
You can delete your account directly in the app or submit a request by email, even if the app is no longer installed on your device.
Delete your account without the app
Send an email to biuro@team-mate.pro with the subject Team Mate Pro account deletion request.
- Provide the email address associated with your account.
- Provide your first and last name and, optionally, your organization name.
- Do not send your password or other login details.
If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your account, contact us anyway. We will perform additional identity verification before processing the request.
What data will be deleted?
Account deletion covers data directly associated with your user account in Team Mate Pro.
Data deleted or anonymized
- Account and login data;
- First name, last name, email address, and profile data;
- Avatar and user preferences;
- Device and notification tokens;
- Data directly associated with the user account.
Retention periods
- Data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days after the service ends.
- In exceptional cases, data may be retained for up to 3 years in connection with claims or a breach of the Terms of Service.
Important information
- Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
- After your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to log in.
- An email request does not require you to reinstall the app.
