§2 Definitions

Service Provider - TEAM MATE PRO sp. z o. o. based in Podlopien, providing services electronically through the Service

Service - Team Mate Pro website operating at https://team-mate.pro/

Admin - a person who enters into an agreement with the Service Provider and acts as the controller of personal data entered into the Service

Client - a user whose data is entered into the Service by the Admin (Coach, Player, Parent, Fan)

User - any natural person using the Team Mate Pro Service

GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons

§3 What are Cookies

Cookies are small text files collected in the form of files placed on the user's device by the web browser when visiting websites.

Cookies are used to ensure the highest quality of services, content personalization, session maintenance, and traffic analysis on the website. By using our Service, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with this policy.

§7 Legal basis for processing

Contract performance

Providing services electronically, contract conclusion and performance, account creation and management, handling inquiries and complaints, communication related to Services.

Fulfilling tax, accounting, and administrative obligations.

Debt collection, court and enforcement proceedings, settlement negotiations, handling requests and inquiries.

§8 Data recipients

In addition to the Service Provider and its authorized employees, recipients of personal data may include:

Tax offices and other authorities

The Service Provider may entrust personal data processing to other entities (sub-processing) only with Admin's consent and only for the purpose of proper performance of the main agreement, in compliance with requirements set out in Art. 28 GDPR.

§9 Data retention period

Main principles

Consent-based data: Data processed solely based on consent cannot be processed longer than until the user withdraws consent.

§10 Data security

Security measures

The Service Provider applies technical and organizational measures ensuring the protection of processed personal data appropriate to the risks and categories of data protected in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR.

Data is protected against:

  • Disclosure to unauthorized persons
  • Access by unauthorized persons
  • Processing in violation of the law
  • Alteration, loss, damage, or destruction

Authorization and confidentiality

Only persons with written authorization issued by the Service Provider and committed to maintaining confidentiality of entrusted personal data are admitted to data processing.

Note: The Controller does not use systems for automated decision-making, including profiling, although personal data processing may be carried out in an automated manner.

§11 Managing Cookies

Users can at any time independently change settings for saving, deleting, and accessing data stored in Cookies by any website.

Control over Cookies is possible through web browser settings. Most browsers accept Cookies by default, but this can be changed.
